Humira biosimilar erosion is mostly priced in. The Skyrizi and Rinvoq franchise is growing faster than expected. The dividend is safe and the valuation is reasonable.

The Allergan acquisition was expensive and they are still digesting it. Pipeline looks okay but nothing transformative. It's a yield stock not a growth stock.
